SUCCESS STORIES
Before I began working with Hope, I was grappling with a high level of unneeded stress that affected both my mental and physical health. I often found myself focused on how others perceived me, feeling burdened by trying to control opinions that were ultimately out of my hands. Through our sessions, I was able to identify these stressors, recognize the importance of letting go of the need for external validation, and start managing my life in a way that supports my wellbeing. One powerful realization was that I can't control what others think of me, but I do have control over how much of myself I choose to share. This shift has encouraged me to open up, which has, in turn, allowed others to connect and open up to me in more authentic ways.
Working with Hope felt like working with a close friend who genuinely listens, cares about my growth, and always encourages me to see things from a fresh perspective. Her support and insights made each session feel impactful, giving me the confidence to acknowledge and address aspects of my life I hadn’t fully noticed. I achieved tangible results, like reduced stress and a better understanding of my own habits, which led me to adopt positive practices like daily meditation and weekly goal setting.
One of the most valuable insights I gained is that openness and vulnerability invite genuine connection. Hope’s coaching would be especially valuable to anyone who’s ready to dig deeply into personal growth, let go of the need to control others' perceptions, and fully embrace becoming their best self. Those seeking to cultivate greater inner peace and connection with others would benefit immensely from her guidance.

Hope,
Over the last few months of working with you, I’ve honestly grown so much. When I first started this whole nurse coaching journey, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I had tried therapy before, and while parts of it helped, nothing ever really stuck with me. But working with you has been completely different. I can say with total honesty that this has been the best kind of experience I’ve ever had, and I feel like I’ll always carry the things you’ve taught me.
From the very beginning, you made it such a safe place for me to show up exactly as I am. I didn’t feel like I had to hide pieces of myself or hold back out of fear of being judged. You gave me space to be 100% honest about my feelings, even the messy ones. You created a space where I could just be real, and that’s what made all the difference.
A lot of our time together ended up being focused on helping me navigate a really toxic relationship, which was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. And while we did spend a lot of time talking about that, you always made it about more than just the relationship. You helped me shift the focus back to myself what I needed, how I deserved to be treated, and how I could start showing up for myself even in the middle of all the chaos. That perspective really changed everything for me.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve taken away from working with you is how I communicate. Before, when I was upset or in conflict, I would either shut down completely or let myself get so worked up that I couldn’t think straight. Neither way ever worked out well. But through our talks, I’ve learned that I can actually pause, breathe, and express myself in a way that makes sense without it turning into a bigger issue. I’ve realized I can communicate how I feel in a way that actually works for me and for the other person. That skill has been huge not just in handling conflict but also in everyday life when I just need to say what’s on my mind.
You also taught me so much about self-worth. Before this, I don’t think I fully realized how much I was settling, especially in that toxic relationship. I had gotten so used to putting up with less than I deserved that I kind of forgot I deserved better at all. You reminded me that I deserve love, respect, and care in every kind of relationship, romantic, friendships, and even the way I treat myself. That reminder has been life changing. I’ve started setting boundaries without feeling guilty, and for the first time, I feel okay with walking away from things that don’t serve me.
Another thing I’ll always carry with me is the new perspective you gave me on self-love. I used to think self-love meant little things like bubble baths, face masks, or buying myself something nice. And while those things are fun, you showed me that real self-love is so much deeper. It’s about the way I talk to myself, the standards I set for how others treat me, and the patience I give myself on tough days. That’s such a different way of looking at it, and it’s something I’ll keep with me forever.
When I look back now, I can see how much I’ve grown since I first started working with you. I’m calmer, more confident, and just overall more at peace with myself. I feel stronger, not because everything in my life is perfect, but because I know how to handle things better now. I’ve learned how to care for myself in ways that actually make a difference, and I know I’ll keep using those tools going forward.
Hope, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for making such a safe space for me to open up, thank you for teaching me how to communicate and how to honor my self-worth, and thank you for reminding me how important it is to love myself. Working with you has been the most helpful and beneficial experience I’ve ever had. You didn’t just help me get through a tough season, you helped me grow into someone I’m proud of. I’ll always be grateful for that.

When I first started working with Hope I was in a place where I knew that I wanted to do better with my health but just didn't know where to start. As a mom of two very young children (1 and 3 years old) I had lost sight of my own health habits in the midst of two difficult pregnancies right in a row and then taking care of my littles. I had knowledge of what I needed to do but was overwhelmed by so many things that I wanted to be doing differently. Hope met me where I was in a non-judgmental way and helped to support me in discovering what it took to get me moving forward again.
I really liked the way we were able to break my larger goals into smaller, more realistic steps and address potential barriers to my success. I was able to add exercise back into my life consistently again and make significant progress in establishing healthier eating habits. Hope was able to share some valuable insight in areas that I needed more clarification in, like how to fit healthy eating habits into a busy lifestyle. She also provided accountability and support as I grew into the healthier lifestyle that I wanted.
The goals that we set together created momentum in my life that has already grown and influenced my whole family to live healthier. This was just the kick-start that I needed. I am grateful for the time that we spent working together and am much happier with my health and my life.

Hope opened up valuable new perspectives on my situations. She listened to me deeply and was so insightful. She asked me some deep questions that helped lead me to greater awareness & clarity of why I may do or think a certain way. She then assisted me to develop ways to deal with situations using my own knowledge and self-awareness. Hope exhibited a unique sense of interest in my life and her insights and direction were always on target. As a result of her coaching, I remember what things bring me joy and connection to who I am, personally. I am now more mindful of the thoughts in my head that bring on anxiousness & worry. I have tools ready to utilize at those times. I’m so grateful for my time with Hope. She is a true blessing to the world and is going to make a huge impact on numerous lives.

Hope’s previous experience with breathwork was evident during our sessions together. She had a calming presence as she guided me into a place of focus, awareness, and centeredness.
I appreciated her encouraging spirit as we worked through various mindful exercises. She was knowledgeable and kind and gave helpful feedback while providing a safe place for me to grow in my coaching skills. I immediately felt at ease and quickly trusted Hope because of her vulnerability, honesty, and integrity. One of the highlights during our sessions was when she guided me through a breathing technique called the Wim-Hof method, I found the experience highly enlightening. I truly valued our time together. I know Hope will be successful in anything she pursues, and she will be invaluable as a nurse coach!

Hope couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. Everything was feeling overwhelming, and while I thought I knew what I needed to do to help myself, I couldn’t have seen myself doing it without her support. My experience working with Hope was incredible. It was convenient to fit into my busy schedule, and often enough to hold myself accountable between check-ins. It felt like I was talking to a best friend or sister each time we met. I looked forward to it each week, and it was reassuring to know she was available if I needed something in the meantime.
I originally reached out to Hope for help with overwhelming feelings I was having that were affecting more than one aspect in my life. The greatest takeaway from her coaching was digging so deep and realizing a lot of it was resentment I was holding onto with someone. Hope helped me break those barriers in such an ease-filled way, and it has trickled down to so many other things in life.
Since working with Hope, I have continued to do weekly check-ins with myself and my goals with the tools she provided me. I have learned so much about myself in such a short period of time, and am so grateful for my sessions with Hope. I highly highly recommend reaching out to Hope for nurse coaching. She’s like a therapist, nutritionist, coach, nurse, and most importantly friend all wrapped into one!

Before working with Hope, I had several areas in my life that I needed some guidance in. This included routines, mindset, health, and nutrition. I struggled with fatigue, negative thoughts, fear, and never eating breakfast. During coaching, I created a nightly routine that was attainable. I learned some tools to help with my mindset and my fears. I also, got some really great breakfast ideas that are easy to do and can be prepped ahead of time.
I know Hope outside of coaching, so I was nervous what it would look like. However, working together she kept things professional yet personable. To me that is so important. Often times when I interact with a professional they forget about the personable part. To me I need someone I can relate to who isn't on a time crunch to get through the next appointment. Hope truly cares and gave me her full attention. She never made me feel like I was just another client.
Through this coaching experience, I learned that I live in fear a lot of the time. Hope helped me realize there isn't a whole lot I truly need to be afraid of and in those times of fear she gave me tools to help pull me out of that negative loop.
I would recommend this coaching experience to anyone who is struggling with day-to-day tasks, mindset, fatigue, and feeling overwhelmed.
Overall, working with Hope was an incredible experience. She is so kind, encouraging and compassionate. She has a lot of knowledge on mental health and how to overcome some of those inner battles. I will definitely be working with her again.

When I started working with Hope, I was struggling with depression. I had a multitude of personal challenges I was faced with. Physical, professional, emotional, and mental challenges that were crushing.
Hope helped me by giving me tools to manage some of the physical and mental challenges that plagued me. First, explaining how some emotions and thoughts can adversely affect body and mind, then by encouraging me to learn how recognize those adverse emotions were triggered. We collaborated on journaling these events, and I worked on meditation and mantras to help me avoid allowing these emotions to overwhelm me. She helped me regain control of my emotions and thoughts.
Hope provided guidance on developing a routine for good sleep hygiene, which aided my depressive mood. Furthermore, she provided advice on how to start moving my body, to get outside and be more active. This also has improved my mood.
Hope shared freely and confidentially with me when I opened about past trauma, which really enhanced rapport and trust between us as client and provider. I have worked with traditional therapy for over 2 years, and it has been helpful. This is not to denigrate traditional therapy, but I felt that Hope was able to provide more proactive methods, tools and resources in the short time we worked together than my traditional therapy has. Hope was able to take her medical knowledge and experience, combined with her intuitive, holistic knowledge, empathetic nature, to provide care that was more collaborative in nature than I have ever experienced.
She accomplished this by keeping me accountable, through small assignments, journaling, and following up in the next session. I was impressed that she was able to recognize victories even when I felt that I failed; she appreciated my effort and celebrated it, which is so very important.
Through this experience, I have gained a new perspective on the nature of success. I am regaining confidence, a sense of control and direction, and feel better about myself. Hope’s coaching was instrumental in getting me back on life’s path when I lost my way. I would highly recommend her coaching to people who are struggling with traditional therapy, looking for someone to show them how to take charge of their own care, who are willing to be open and honest with themselves to do so.

Mental health for me is a real ebb and flow. A true mindful practice that shows up and challenges me differently every day. With my time with Hope, I went through the loss of a very close friend. My time spent with Hope, both during our conversations, as well as through out the week with goals set together, set me up for a grieving and healing process that I am very proud of. A practice of showing self love, grace, forgiveness, and resilience. The fact my work with Hope wasn’t just in our one hour meetings and something that she challenged me daily to work on was the key to the success of this process. Hope has the ability to listen, to understand, and to challenge, expand, and grow your ways of thinking. I am walking away from my time with a different relationship with myself, one that is up for the challenge, expansion, and growth.

When I met Hope, I was at a point in my postpartum where I wanted to start actively taking control of my health again. I was no longer in the trenches with the constant needs of a newborn- feed, sleep, change diapers-all to do it all again. I was finally hitting a stride with 2 kids under 2. I was finding time to work out again. I was getting more restful sleep. I wanted to start making some changes in my personal life in regards to my relationship with my husband, as well as my overall wellbeing. We had reached a point in our relationship again where we seemed to be in the "roommate" stage of taking care of littles. Just trying to survive some days; having trouble balancing time and carving out time for each other. The coaching sessions helped me set little goals that started making a positive impact on not only our relationship, but my overall mental health and wellbeing. We started prioritizing time for one another, and connected on a deeper level in our relationship. I carved time out in my day for things that made me happy, and found different ways to unwind at the end of the day. I started reading again and focusing on my self care.
Being a nurse that shares similar values about holistic healing etc, I feel like our coach/patient relationship really clicked. Hope was great at really sitting back and listening to helping me process big emotions. Talking to her felt natural, and I felt comfortable and safe. She challenged me to dig deeper into some things that were going on in my life, as well as journal about them. I enjoyed the time we took to spend on meditation/breathing techniques prior to each session. I would recommend Hope as a coach especially to anyone who feels "stuck" in the throws of postpartum. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to gut health and healing your hormones. Just the short time I spent with her, I feel like we accomplished some big things.
